IS YOUR PRICING TRANSPARENT & FAIR?

We are very proud of our charging system, we do not charge any mileage like some firms and we have no call out fees whether in our out of hours. We have a set attendance fee which includes the first hour on site. If any additional time or materials are required, we will provide you with a fixed price to complete the visit and we will seek your approval before proceeding.

DO YOU OFFER AN ALL INCLUSIVE CONTRACT?

We offer two types of contract, our basic contract offer is for servicing only and does not include for any call outs, repairs, additional labour or materials. Our all inclusive contract offer includes for all servicing, call outs, repairs, labour & materials for your peace of mind (subject to our standard Terms & Conditions). please contact us for a bespoke offer to suit your requirements.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, debit & credit card, BACS, cheque or bank transfer. Please note there may be a small charge for credit card payments.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We cover the entire southwest region of England, primarily focusing on Devon and Cornwall with our head office located in Sisna Park, Plymouth.

DO YOU OFFER DOMESTIC WORK TOO?

Yes, we offer both commercial and domestic work for all of our services! Whether you need a full house rewire or a PAT test, E-Electrical is here to help you by providing first-class service to all of our customers with our transparent pricing policy.
